Request time out

Hi everyone,

would like to ask if how many request time out will the pandora fire an alert... coz as per my scenario, pandora fires an alert says that 1 server is down, or not accessible... but when i ping the IP address, its actually up.. in this regard, i would like to adjust that settings, but which,how and where can i config those settings...
