Hi tinman,
The template approach would definitely work, but instead of clicking on the "Module Templates" icon, you can click on the "Modules" icon and create a single module (either from scratch or from a module component).
Well, I'm pretty new too.... the blind leading the blind.
Anyway, you need to create an agent object for the switch (if you haven't done so) - that is where the IP address goes. You then add the module to that agent. Now the only way I've found to do that is to:
- create a module template
- add your module to it
- go into Manage Agents
- click on the agent in question
- then click on the "Module Templates" icon on the upper right of the page
- assign your new template to the agent
Then click on the light bulb icon and you'll see the modules.... I would think there is a better way but I haven't found it yet...
