Hi friendly people,
I'm currently testing PandoraFMS as a possible monitoring solution for the universities servers. Whilst I'm so far happy with the behavior of the solution, one thing sticks out like a sore thumb. That is the slow behavior when using LDAP Authentication, either bind or anonymous authentication.

I've verified the the ldap queries through some basic PHP scripts and even within PandoraFMS everything is correctly identified as far as the users go.

The version of PandoraFMS being used is 3.1 run from the vmware appliance.

As the ldap structure is for the entire university (and hence quite sizable) it would be good to know if there is a configuration issue or a coding issue with the slow down in ldap.

Thanks,
Matt.
