Hello,
I tried to setting up the e-mail. I have modified the MySQL table tconfig to set up the stmp_port, stmp_host and stmp_user.

There`s no e-mail anywhere. E-mails are not sent.

Greetings

I've tried with a Gmail account and it works perfectly.
Before I was usint Outlook Exchange and the e-mails generated by Integria IMS didn't arrive to the account in Outlook Exchange.

Are you using the current SVN version ?. Email are configured from the setup -> email settings, and you can define port, host, and user/pass auth. It should work with any SNMP compatible system.

No, I was using the stable version (Integria 2.0). Now I'm using Integria 2.1 and there's no problem with Outlook Exchange.

But in both versions, when I update the description of some ticket I receive the notification e-mail but not the last change. For example, we have the ticket description below:

"The hard disk is death, it will be replace".

And if we add information:

"The hard disk is death, it will be replace.
We have replace a new one with 60 G
".

So the information receive in the e-mail is:

"The hard disk is death, it will be replace".

Thanks!

Email notifications now with 2.1, in our latest code commit (please keep in mind that 2.1 release is not final and we made constant changes in the code repository) force email notifications only on workunits and NEW/CLOSE events. Contents on mails uses a mail template file, you can edit in the setup option. They uses a macros to replace contents of text, if you have modified the default macros, probably you have ommitted or deleted something, take a look. We're using it on daily basic (for our customer support) and it works fine.
