Group view - Gray lines

I want to use the page "View Group"to monitor all agents. But I would not see the gray lines that represent the status as unknown. I would see only the colors green, red, purple. is it possible?

What Pandora FMS version are you using? On the lastest versions the unknown status is showed properly in this view

I'm using the 3.1 version .
