I have tested and it works smooth :-), it was running in a two-nodes cluster setup.
You need to _obviously_ change DB schema to use NDB engine, I have converted the standard SQL schema to use MySQLmax NDB engine. I'll post on Sourceforge when we release official 1.2 version. At the moment, here is the file.
