Hello:
I have problems with remote wmi queries. Sometimes, the return value is correct, but the monitor state shown in yellow. If I put the mouse over the yellow box does not appear as normal like NORMAL: 2, appears only : 2.
Checking the database in the table indicating the status of the monitors of agents, the state with value 100, so that is not in the range indicating whether warning, critical or ok.

What is the reason why the state is 100?

Sorry for my english.

Hi Susana

I'm not sure if I understand your problem... You receive a value of 2, that is inside your normal value and the alert shows as a yellow warning? Is this the problem?
Make sure that the wmi is returning the coorect value or if it has some trash data with the return value.
