i use centos x86_64
in my system i can't unlock system.  i need help

uso centos x86_64
no puedo desbloquear el sistema

Can you post your /etc/sudoers file here? Can you try to execute phpradmin_tool.sh in shell?

I can execute phpradmin_tool.sh but canot unlock from web to generate nas file. Please help

may be a sudo problem

Do youo have disable the defualt value in /etc/sudores:
Defaults    requiretty
