Hi there, I'm new to Pandora and busy setting up a server at our main office which I would like to use to monitor several of our clients.
We have no WAN connection to the clients and usually support them over on-demand VPN, would Pandora be able to monitor them over the internet and if so would a Pandora server have to be installed at each client which then communicates with the main Pandora server and console in our main office?
Please advise if I am on the right track or if there is perhaps a better way of going about this.

Thanks

Hi.

Ok, the connection to clients across VPN. Is it online all day? Or you must set up when each time.

If the conection is online all day, the agents can send xml to Pandora servers by serveral protocols such as FTP, Tentacle...

The VPN connection is unfortunately not permanent but I have managed to get the client to communicate with the server over the internet and through our firewall, so will group the agents by client and monitor in that way.

Thanks
