Greetings,

Please specify your problem, if it is a remote agent or software agent... all those things that help us identify the problem better.

Right now, for remote agents, make sure Pandora server has rights to obtain the data you're trying to gather from the monitored machine.

For software agents, check the configuration file of your Pandora Agent and see if you have everything you should have enabled.

Also check if the module inclusion format in the file is correct, and if you are obtaining the data you want to monitor ok.

Don't create modules with generic_data type for a string aswell.

Tip: Activate verbosity 10 in the server config file and check the Pandora log to receive complete information about the not initialized module error.

Verify that the pluginserver option is set in /etc/pandora/pandora_server.conf to 1 i.e.

pluginserver 1

because the default is for it to be off. When it is off then the plugins stay non-init

Edit that file and then restart the pandora server,
/etc/init.d/pandora_server restart

Thank you for your support openmtl.

Much appreciated. :)

Now let's wait for op's reply to see if that was the problem.
