How I can reduce the titles in Standard Operators only read

I want to reduce the main page of pandora 3.2.1 when a operator login. for example I want the option like Missatge and Consola SNMP doesn't appear for this user. Also I want change the links that appear in the section links.

Also when I login with admin I wan to keep main page without changes.
