I had the same problem. You had to manually

nano /usr/local/phpradmin/conf/dialup_admin/admin.conf
nano /usr/local/phpradmin/www/dialup_Admin.conf.php

for the first time and change the folder and user values...

I have this same problem

Warning: file() expects parameter 2 to be long, string given in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/radadmin/www/install/setup.php
Table 'phpradmin.user' doesn't exist

I'm manualy editing config files, but install script didin't create this table in MySQL, some pearson known a solution? I have Gentoo and my version of PHP - 5.x (probably this is problem)
Sorry for my bad English :)

PS Script create Database on MySQL, don't work only table creation.

Best regards
