The times on my module graphs in a visual console show the time on the time scales in 12 hour format. For example 03:00 instead of 15:00.
Is this just a bug or is there someway to fix this?

Upgraded to 4.0 and this issue is fixed now. Very nice.
Now maximizing the GIS map is broken though, the map is becomes like 15 px in height.
