WMI and SNMP seem to work in 4.0RC2 but not too well for me in 3.2.1.

I updated the WMI library so that the wmic query tests work but I am still getting NTSTATUS: NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED - Access denied in the Pandora_Server.error log.

My version of wmic is: Version 4.0.0tp4-SVN-build-UNKNOWN.

The 4.0 server version is Version 4.0.0alpha3-GIT-UNKNOWN and seems to work just fine.

SNMP queries also do not seem to work.  I try to perform a SNMP walk and it fails.  The exact same configuration seems to work in 4.0.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I am using the prebuilt VM images.

The prebuilt VM images for 3.2.1 are outdated, lots of bug fixes have been applied to that version since the creation of those VM images, and at that moment we had problems with the wmi client version and the SNMP walks for versions 2 and 3.

These problems have all been fixed in the 4.0 version and in the latest 3.2.1 code.

You might want to get it via subversion. Learn how in:

Installing Pandora via subversion

Regards.

ok, thank you.  I'll read through that and give it a shot.
