Hello Team,

I am having a problem here, I have to deploy Babel (Server component) on our AIX server, and also want to monitor/audit rest of the AIX and Tru64 servers. I am done with Apache+PHP (With GD support)+MySQL integration on AIX. (After a long and hard fight.... Wink )

Now I am trying to install Babel here and facing issue with inotify.h missing problem, As inotify is Linux utility but can't anyone in the world ported it on AIX?

Can someone have any solution on this, better if you can inform me directly by mail. One can find my mail ID under my profile.

Also one more things to add, I also got an error of getopt.h missing but then I installed tetex.2.0.2.tar package and I got getopt.h header file with that, and copied getopt.h file to /usr/include/sys location and got a rid of problem..... BUT now badly stuck at inotify.h

Please help.....

Thanks in advance.. and looking forward for some positive things from your side.

Note - I am trying to deploy Babel server and facing issues for the same.

We're following Nilesh's problem on the Babel Public mailing list.
