Pandora 4.0.1 and Windows Agent

I have installed the latest windows agent on a Windows 2008 R2 and it appears to be running just fine.  My issue is that it never reports any data to the Pandora server.  Any ideas?

Well I found that my tentacle server will not start.

Error:
Tentacle Server could not be started.
Verify that port 41122 is not used.

Looks like y permissions,etc are okay.  Any help would be much appreciated.
