I am trying to test the agent on a Windows 2003 Server (has all the latest patches)...  I'm seeing this scroll on a putty session to the Babel server.  The Windows box has yet to report properly.  Obviously SSH is working from the client to the server.  Any thoughts?  (yes i know there is another thread similar to this but...)

This is all I see in the server log...

[root@monitor log]# tail babel_server.log

[E] 05-19-08 17:00:14 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[root@monitor log]# date

Should I try and increase the log level?

I up'ed the log level a bit and I don't see anything different...

[root@monitor log]# tail babel_server.log
[E] 05-09-08 17:04:47 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-09-08 17:04:52 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 16:38:30 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 16:38:35 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 16:56:07 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 16:56:12 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 17:00:09 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 17:00:14 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 17:08:12 - XML Data not parsed successfully
[E] 05-19-08 17:08:17 - XML Data not parsed successfully

[root@monitor log]# grep verbosity /usr/local/etc/babel/babel_server.conf
# verbosity: level of detail on errors/messages (0 default, 1 verbose, 2 debug.... 10 noisy)
verbosity = 2

I switched to FTP and everything works on the Windows side.  Looking forward to a fix because FTP is a no-no here.

The problem is in the window's libssh library, so the fix won't come soon.
But, we're going to implement tentacle as a new protocol in the windows agent, though.
We're using it already in pandora, so it will come soon.
