This means a RC2 will be published at the end of this week.

Sorry for inconvenience, we also publish a way to quickly update/patch from
a 3.0.x version to the newest 3.0.xx.

Hi slerena.

Today I took a tour at 3.0 demo version and it's really amazing! Very cool! Congratulations for you all at artica.

Is there a scheduled date for the release of the 3.0 stable (not RC) version?

Regards and keep up with this great work.

It depends of critical bugs we will find in RC2 (today is released RC2). I hope final version will be published before end of november, we're workign really hard to have a bug-free version (yes, we know that is impossible, hehe), but if you check the docs... voila!, they are almost _totally new_ documentation, write from scratch. Our main goal in 3.0 is that Pandora will become a mainstream app, so a huge effor on documentation and packing has been done (rc2 comes with a vmware image, install CD, deb, rpm and tarball packages).

I hope you can make a quick test of RC2 ! ;-)
