2nd alert doesn't fire

Hi sir,

got this problem, iv set an alert to 3 groups... 1st alert goes to group Techsupport, 2nd goes to S1_Sysad, 3rd goes to manager.. but when i test it, only techsupport receives the alert.. no alert on the 2nd or 3rd.. iv already check the logs, and when i try to do S1_Sysad as 1st to recieve yes it did.. what seems to be the problem? pls advise... Thanks alot guys...

I'm not sure if I understand your problem, but if you have the same requirements for all the alerts, you should setup multiple actions for the same alert.

Could you explain the confs. of the alerts that you seted up?
